Apple Week-Tuesday

It was good morning with a toasted English muffin covered in apple butter and a hot cup of apple cider!

We brainstormed adjectives that described the apple cider and recorded them on a web.

We also got to try five different apples:  Gala, Fuji, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, and Braeburn.

Let's see the results!

It was a surprise so many liked the tart Granny Smith.
We read several nonfiction books about apples and completed a KWL chart.
