Geography With Florida Cookies

We first looked at several maps of Florida. We zoomed in on some of the larger cities.  The children used chocolate chips for the cities, blue decorating gel for Lake Okeechobee, and a red hot for our capital.  Then the labeling began.  I was amazed at how many cities they remembered.  Finally, we got to eat our creations.
